Open Enrollment

Please call the School Office to set up an appointment with one of the Principals: Mrs. Henson for K3-3rd Grade, Mr. McGrew for 4th-8th Grade or Mr. Abels for 9th-12th Grade. To save time, you may print off the enrollment forms and bring them with you to the interview. A passport or birth certificate (for K3-K5), current report card, previous school records and immunization records will also need to be brought to the interview.

We have openings for all grades at this time and would be happy to answer any questions. Class size is limited to assure the best possible learning environment.

Admission to Harvest Christian Academy

  1. Parents may call and schedule an interview with the principal to discuss school policies and procedures. All new students must have an appointment with one of the principals. Parents must provide a current report card at the time of the interview. The principal may ask for the prospective student to take a placement test.
  2. Parents need to complete a Registration Form, Medical Form, and Record Release Form. All immunizations must be up to date. A negative PPD skin test must be recorded within one year from the start of school.
  3. Submit the enrollment fee.
  4. Tuition is based on a yearly fee and is divided into ten monthly payments. For detailed information concerning tuition and fees, please contact the business office.
