Spiritual Body Building

The three main elements to physical fitness are:  1) fueling your body with healthy food, 2) burning the fat through aerobic exercise, and 3) building muscle through strenuous workouts.  These three key components are also important for spiritual growth and were the emphasis during a special seminar on Sunday night at Harvest Baptist Church in the Family Life Center. After beginning the evening with a meal in the Fellowship Hall, everyone gathered in the gymnasium as Pastor Herron, Kevin Inafuku, and Pastor F. G. all took a few moments to illustrate the steps necessary for the local church body to keep spiritually fit.
