Ladies Fellowship Island Prayer Night
“Women Who Made a Difference” is the theme of this year’s Ladies Fellowships at Harvest. Tuesday evening the ladies made a difference by focusing on prayer for the island of Guam. Hosted by Anita Bendo, the fellowship began with singing and then a few of the ladies shared testimonies about lessons learned at the recent Summit Meetings. The ladies then enjoyed a trivia game with an island theme consisting of two teams who tried to determine what information about Guam was either fact or fiction. Then it was time to pray for the island of Guam and a number of specific prayer requests. After the time of prayer, the ladies enjoyed delicious island food. Gayle Van Wiles closed out the ladies fellowship by giving her testimony and sharing a devotional on being a Woman of Faith. She shared the story of the Woman at the Well and the lessons that can be learned from her, specifically drinking the living water and sharing it with others and how many were brought to the Lord because she went and told them about her experience. Be sure to check out the photos below and make your plans to join the ladies for the next fellowship as they study the hospitality of a woman who made a difference during the “Women of Hospitality” event in the Family Life Center on November 10th at 7pm.
