Awana Grand Prix at Harvest
March 7, 2009: Faster than fast…quicker than quick…and really, really cool looking too! We’re talking about the cars that raced in Saturday’s AWANA Grand Prix at Harvest Baptist Church. From the littlest clubbers in Puggles to the “young at heart” AWANA leaders, everyone in the Harvest cafeteria had a blast watching the small wooden race cars speed down the track. But these cars weren’t just fast. In fact, some of them didn’t look like cars at all. One looked more like a sword while another resembled a tube of wasabi paste.
